Tony Romo, the retired NFL quarterback currently on CBS, got taken into custody early on Friday in Milwaukee. Police charged him with operating while drunk. It was his first offense. Authorities took him to the station, then turned him loose after he posted bond. CBS Sports did not comment right away. Romo continues to lead the main NFL preview shows on CBS before games.
