Dera Dida Yami of Ethiopia clinched the women’s title in 2:23:18 in Cape Town 2026. Eliud Kipchoge took part ending up 16th among elites. These results confirm Esa’s victory and Yami’s Cape Town 2026 crown. The men’s course record and wheelchair records were also set during the event.
